Duration: 06 Hours Maximum
Image License: Editorial interior design, architecture and property-focused images with a License specifically granted for social media, web collateral, and publicity use of up to 15 images in perpetuity.
Digital Assets and Delivery: Professionally Edited, High-resolution images suited for web viewing. 01 Edit Revision included in service. Any additional post-production retouching requests by the client will be available at a cost determined via the scope of the request. Digital content will be delivered via a Pictime Gallery, 30 business days following the photoshoot completion dates.
Property Permissions: The Client, and owner of the property, grant the Photographer permission to photograph and be present at the designated location. The client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the photo shoot to approve the photographer's interpretation of the project. Client to provide location (s), location coordination, and all location styling and cleaning, with regard to following all necessary health and safety protocols.
Travel Expenses: Travel to locations outside of Montreal will incur a fee of $0.75 per kilometre for the round trip. Associated costs including air travel will be based on the provided address and will be included in the invoice. Accommodation will be provided to the photographer for projects that require travel over 03 hours.

03. Photoshoot ADD ON’S
01. Design Press Submission - Photographer will submit gallery to design publications to be considered for a press feature - $100.00 per submission
02. Portrait of Interior Designer in space to use for social media and advertising - $100.00 per photo
03. Additional Still Images including up to 01 hour of retouching - $100.00 per photo
04. Aerial Drone Image showing the building in relation to the property - $50.00 per photo
05. 15-second video still clip of interior or exterior - $50.00 per video clip
06. Additional Time Needed On Site - $75.00 per hour
