IMAGE LICENSE: 04 Instagram stories showcasing the space, to be posted on @foundmythrill. + UP TO 10 EDITORIAL INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE, AND PROPERTY-FOCUSED IMAGES LICENSED SPECIFICALLY FOR -

• WEBSITE USAGE:You may use these images on your website, Airbnb listing, booking platforms, and other rental listing services.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: Use across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, as well as brand-owned social media accounts (including organic promotion of the property).

• MARKETING MATERIALS:Digital and print marketing materials directly related to the property, including brochures, email newsletters, and promotional content.
  Digital Assets and Delivery: Professionally edited, high-resolution images optimized for web viewing. Includes 01 edit revision. Additional post-production retouching is available at an additional cost determined by scope. Digital content delivered via Pictime Gallery within 30 business days post-shoot.
  
  Property Permissions: The client and property owner grant the Photographer permission to access and photograph the designated location. An authorized representative is welcome to be present on-site to approve creative direction during the shoot. The client is responsible for providing full location access, coordination, styling, cleaning, and ensuring the space is fully prepared prior to the scheduled start time. The Photographer is not responsible for decluttering or preparing the space. Any delays due to unprepared spaces or staging will be counted within the booked shoot duration. All rental property shoots include owner access to the space for 02 nights.
  
  Travel Expenses: Travel outside of Montreal incurs a fee of $0.75 per kilometre, round trip. Associated costs, including air travel, and accommodation will be determined based on the provided address and included in the invoice. Accommodation will be required for projects requiring travel exceeding 03 hours.

ADD ON’S

01. Design Press Submission - Photographer will submit gallery to design publications to be considered for a press feature - $100.00 per submission

02. Additional Still Images including up to 01 hour of retouching - $150.00 per photo

03. Additional Time Needed On Site - $100.00 per hour

04. Third-Party Licensing - Where applicable, additional licensing is required for third-party collaborators including property managers, designers, stylists, contractors, and furniture or décor partners. Licensing can be arranged as:

• Cost Sharing: 30% of the project subtotal per additional vendor license
• Individual Licensing: Available upon request for third-party use
